Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in colour, texture, weight, fragrance, design, and packaging may occur between batches. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). Delivery charges are additional and clearly displayed during checkout. For full details, please see our Shipping page.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Payment

We accept payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) and PayPal. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received. All payments are processed securely — The Moher Soap Co. does not store any payment or card information.
We are not responsible for any bank or card charges incurred by you during checkout.
If payment is declined or not authorised, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply when importing goods into their country.

Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. However, during busy periods or in the event of postal disruption (e.g. strikes, holidays), delivery may take longer.
We retain proof of postage for all orders. If an order is returned to us due to non-collection and the statutory cancellation period has passed, we are not obligated to provide a refund. If you would like your order re-sent, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping cost.

Cancellations & Returns

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. To do so, email us at [email protected].
If the order has already shipped, it must be returned unopened, unused, and in a resaleable condition. Once received, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 30 days (excluding original shipping and return postage).
We strongly recommend using tracked or registered post for returns, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in return transit.

We do not sell or share your personal data (e.g. name, email address, or postal address) with third parties, except as required to fulfil your order. We may contact you regarding your order or if you have subscribed to receive updates from us.
